The cottage offers on the ground floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sitting room, and a toilet. Upstairs: you will have two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms each have a separate bathroom. Outside: a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs. Private parking alongside the cottage. The cottage is adjoining the owners' home. Férel is a town between countryside and sea, a stone's throw from a town of character: La Roche-Bernard. 12 km away, Penestin, lined with numerous beaches and coves, will delight lovers of swimming, relaxing, or fishing! Its hiking trails promise beautiful discoveries for hikers, cyclists, and horseback riders (ovens, calvaries, mills, etc.). The Vilaine River offers water sports (sailing, canoeing and kayaking) and boat trips. In a green hamlet, put down your suitcases in this ideal holiday home for a stay with family or friends!
