This family house, located in Aregno, a small town on the Balagne coast, welcomes you for your holidays in a unique setting.

Ideally located, 10 minutes from the beach (by car), it offers a beautiful sea view from several rooms and invites you to relax.
For your comfort, it is fully equipped and you have a wifi connection.

Accommodation
Ideal for 6 people, it can however accommodate up to 8 people if needed, the house of 120 m² is arranged as follows

Ground floor
- On a fully tiled floor, the bright living room, thanks to its large windows with a view of the sea, offers a TV lounge area (connected to orange.tv) and a dining area with a convivial dining table.
- The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter and pod coffee makers (Nespresso)...
- First bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and its adjoining shower room
- Separate WC

Floor
- Another lounge area on the mezzanine: sofa, TV and table that can be used as a work area. And always with a sea view. The sofa can be converted into a double bed if necessary.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- A third bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together.
- A second shower room with WC.

Outside
Contemplate the sea and enjoy the garden and its terrace: table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue are at your disposal.

Neighbourhood
In a quiet neighbourhood with a family and Corsican village atmosphere.
Close to restaurants, grocery shops, bakeries and pizzerias.
The village of Aregno and its hamlets, Torre and Praoli, invite you to discover its rich architectural and cultural heritage. You will surely fall under the spell of this village. It is, above all, an ancient agricultural town, situated in the heart of what was once called the garden of Corsica.

Possibilities of hiking, mountain biking, water sports or museums nearby.
2 minutes from the village of Pigna where there is a craftsmen's road.
5 minutes from the village of Sant-Antonino, one of the most beautiful Corsican villages with a breathtaking panoramic view.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. Additional cleaning during the stay is possible on request (to be paid on site).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- A rental car can be hired on site, please contact the host in advance.
