The house was spacious and private, views and beach access are fantastic, and every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen was labeled! Awesome! Also it was nice that there were basics spices and such in the kitchen. I'll definitely stay again if another opportunity comes up.

Host was great and communication wonderful. Kitchen was well appointed with new appliances. The main areas of the house have been remodeled and were very comfortable. Loved listening to the surf at night. The dunes were easily accessible, and we appreciated the extra beach towels. Parking was also very convenient. Overall, a wonderful property.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Great views and access to the beach, well equipped with what we needed for our vacation, nice and quiet, yet a quick drive for day trips to Monterey Aquarium, and hiking and biking spots.

Beautiful sunsets and long walks on the beach

Our family enjoyed our entire stay. We enjoyed the sunsets from the porch and our long walks on the beach. The kitchen is especially well stocked for cooking meals. It was a great place for a reunion for 3 siblings and spouses.

Clean, Comfortable Retreat on the Beach

A particularly well stocked, cozy place. Comfortable beds and linens. All the amenities anyone might need. The heat worked well, parking was easy, and the beach was a dream.

Beautiful quiet and isolated

Lovely house. Fabulous location steps from the beach. Had the beach all to ourselves. Location is a little isolated, which we enjoyed, so come prepared to relax and hunker down.

Coastal Bliss

Perfect space with a professional host in an uncrowded area on a beautiful coast. Three couples fit easily, and the sports courts, pool, and hot tub were all ours when we weren’t walking the shore. Really the most relaxing getaway.

We had a very relaxing stay in this multi-level beach home…When we wanted to go out, it was in the middle of Santa Cruz to the north and Carmel and Big Sur to the South….so it was easy to visit friends in both those areas, and also enjoy the sites and dining out. The home was very comfortable and well appointed for coming back to….

Wonderful place, and that view!

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Diamond, we love staying at Pajaro Dunes or Monterey Dunes when we visit, this was probably the most equipped home we stayed in, everything we needed was there, even things we didn’t, the kitchen was fully equipped and you see the care and attention the owner take with this place in the details. Thank you Deb for an awesome stay!

Great Family Escape

House was well appointed with everything you would need for staying in place vacation. The beach was gorgeous and private. The views were spectacular and access to amenities were not too far. Would love to visit again. Hostess was very helpful. Our three generation family thoroughly enjoyed the area and house.

The place is clean and wonderful. It is how we imagined the experience was going to be. We can hear the ocean waves from the house, easy access to the beach. The place was well stocked. Everything that we need for our stay was all there. The owner responds fast. 100% we recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Diamond and would absolutely book again. The home was clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, and we really appreciated how much baby gear was already there - pack and play, high chair, and more. It made the trip so much easier.Everything we needed was provided, and it was clear the hosts are experienced and thoughtful. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the house felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended, especially for families.
