The GR34 hiking trail is just a few steps from the house; you’ll especially love the stretch that runs along the magnificent Kernic Bay. Also nearby are the water sports center and the small, traditional Breton fishing port, not to mention culinary delights at a restaurant where you can dine with your feet in the sand and savor local fish and shellfish (reservations recommended).

Downtown Plouescat is 3 km away, served by a free shuttle throughout the summer and accessible by bike (bike rentals are available near the house). There you’ll find all kinds of shops and a lovely market every Saturday.

Its 13-km-long coastline features a succession of beaches, dune fields, strangely shaped yet magnificent granite boulders, and Kernic Bay—which offers stunning walks, its famous horse races in August, and the chance to enjoy water sports in a sheltered and remarkable setting. Aqua aerobics and fitness classes overlooking the sea are held in the mornings in July and August on Porsmeur Beach. The beach is patrolled every afternoon during the summer by SNSM lifeguards.

Fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining room, double living room with TV area and reading nook—board games and books available. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 beds and 2 with 2 90 beds), a shower room, and a full bathroom.

🚿 For when you return from the beach, a shower room awaits you in the garage.
