Charming and Peaceful Getaway

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a local wedding. The house is very well appointed (nice towels, nice decor, clean, plenty of kitchen stuff, etc.) and well organized for renters. There is a whiteboard with local contact and wifi information and a binder with clear check out instructions, as well as, information about local activities. The owners were very responsive and helpful. This is a great rental house.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Huge backyard to be enjoyed by adults, kids & dogs. Good location close to all the biking and tourist spots. Would highly recommend.

First mountain bike trip to Bentonville Mid October 2022

We really enjoyed are relaxing evenings at this location. Quiet neighborhood with frequent deer sightings. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and have the ability to stretch our legs for walks in the neighborhood. Would definitely come back to rent this house again.

Mountain biking week long stay

Fantastic place to stay- the owners were super helpful, responsive and great to work with. The house was just as described. Great for families and close to the trail systems. Would book again!

Perfect for our family and pet

Had a great time. Place was great. Had a small problem with backyard roosting black buzzard like birds this time of year that appeared to be area wide but localized in our area which left a decent amount of waste all over the yard so we didn’t dine outdoors. Not an issue for the dog, but some rain also helped clean things. The fenced backyard was great for our pet and a major reason we selected this property. All other accommodations were great and as described. Had a dog door to garage which was convenient. Internet was perfect. We had a very pleasant time staying here and would recommend.

Great property and location, fun area!

Very nice property in a good location. Good proximity to restaurants, hiking/biking trails, golf courses, lakes. Easy drive to Pea Ridge Military Park, Eureka Springs. Large wooded lot with secure fence for dogs. Reliable wifi.

Birthday getaway

We had such a nice stay at the Pineywood Cottage! Bill and Kindra were gracious hosts and made the entire process easy. The house was very nicely appointed and the backyard was big and fully-fenced for our dogs. We hope to make it back for another stay!

Great place.for.a family

I rented this place for my nephew, his wife and their 6 kids. It has been updated through out (cute and functional...especially loved the breakfast bar in the kitchen) and was an awesome place to stay during a family reunion weekend.

Perfect Quiet Getaway

Plenty of space for a family of 4. Very clean and the backyard is way larger than expected! Was perfect to bring our little doggo along so she could run since it was all fence din. The back deck is pretty private and very relaxing. Close enough to most of the activities we had planned. Gorgeous area. Would stay again.

Good Property - Great Owners

nothing negative to say except for the television only being through a streaming system and could not get local channels. Property was very accommodating and comfortable! Owners were beyond easy to communicate with and extremely pleasant!
