NEW COTTAGE 2 MIN FROM PORT EN BESSIN, the Landing beaches, and right next to the Omaha golf course.

We are pleased to present to you our new gĂźte, the So Art (after the So Sweet in Aure sur mer and the So Wild in Vierville sur mer)
Very comfortable and spacious charming house of 160 m2 in Caen stone, bathed in light very close to the landing beaches, restaurants and shops.
It was completely redecorated in 2022, warm and cozy atmosphere. Large fully enclosed garden not overlooked with swing. Games room with table football and pinball machine.
Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Baby equipment. Games and toys.

This guest house located in a quiet cul-de-sac includes on the ground floor:
- large fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with a piano

- spacious and comfortable living room with closed insert (wood provided)

- 4 beautiful bedrooms with storage, 3 of which have queen size beds (160) and one bedroom with single beds.

Large garden with swing, several parking spaces, automatic gate, enclosed garden not overlooked. In fine weather, you can enjoy the sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture.
The house is located:
- 15 minutes from Bayeux, medieval city, historic center (Cathedral, museums...)
- 10 minutes from the Landing beaches (direct sector west of "Gold" Omaha Beach)
- 5 minutes from Port en Bessin (typical port, all shops, fish market, many bars and restaurants, Sunday market).
- 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel

Hiking and cycling from the house
Possibility to rent bikes nearby (Port en Bessin)

Home away from home

This is a perfect place for a family gathering. I was traveling with my sister, two cousins and all our husbands
so there were eight of us. Four spacious bedrooms, enough bathrooms to share, a huge table with space for meals and playing cards were highlights. It was an extra perk to be able to do laundry here because we’d all been traveling for ten days or more already. The super fun extra of a football table and pinball machine brought out the inner competitiveness in our guys while we four ladies chatted in the living room at the other end of the house. The only upgrade that we would recommend would be to change the mattresses. Every couple commented on how hard the beds were. Even so, we all slept well in the country quiet. Overall, I would rent this place again with no hesitation.

beautiful and ample of space for everybody. Lovely location, port en bessin is a lovely fishing village and so close to bayeux and D-Day beaches. Highly recommend it.

Maison idéalement située

cette grande maison est propre et meublĂ©e Ă  neuf et trĂšs lumineuse. Elle est agrĂ©able et offre tout le confort et le nĂ©cessaire souhaitĂ©. S'il fallait apporter un point nĂ©gatif, ce serait les lambris Ă  l'Ă©tage en grande quantitĂ© qui donnent un cĂŽtĂ© un peu trop "rustique" . Les Ă©claircir avec des teintes actuelles apporterait un peu de modernitĂ©. L'accueil Ă©tait excellent et ces prĂ©sents lors de notre arrivĂ©e sont trĂšs sympathiques. La concierge est mĂȘme venue Ă  notre rencontre car nous Ă©tions perdus dans Commes. Je conseillerai vivement cette maison au calme, sans vis Ă  vis, idĂ©ale pour les enfants.
