The House:
Charming, according to ecological guidelines converted farmhouse in a beautiful location with spacious gardens and stunning views of the mountains.

Area:
Allgaeu alpine landscape with numerous adventure opportunities: World-famous royal castles, 40 km away, swimming pond at the site, in the winter, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing 40 km away. Beautiful, historic town of Kaufbeuren 4 km, thermal Schwangau is 40 km, Therme Bad Woerishofen 30 km, to Munich 95 km away. Culture and nature in an ideal connection.

The apartment:
Ground floor:
Large living room (75 sqm) with an open, modern kitchen with full equipment (dishes for 12 people, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer). Large dining table with seating for 8-10 people, spacious sitting area with TV, music station, additional sleeping for 3 persons, tiles with underfloor heating, fireplace, bathroom with washing machine, wireless Internet access available.

Large balcony (20 sqm) with dining table for 6 people, 2 sun loungers, parasol.

First Floor:
Large hall with library and a sofa bed 120 x 200, 3 bedrooms each with desk: large room with double bed 180 x 200 and sofa bed 140 x 200, second room with double bed 160 x 200, bed 80 x 200 possible third room with bed 140 x 200 , Cot, changing mat and high chair available. Biogewachste wood floors in the first Floor.
A large bathroom with corner bath, shower, basin and bidet. Another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

General:
Several seats in the spacious garden, barbecue grill and fire basket, herb garden for sharing.
Free on-site parking.
Studio, showroom, possibility to creative design in the house available on request.

Family holiday

We had a great time at the property. The house was clean and well equipped. We were well placed to visit the castles which was one of the big reasons for our visit. Anna was very helpful with all of our requests. We would stay again if we were in the area!

Elegant house in beautiful location

This is a spacious and very well equipped house, with a balcony looking across the fields to the mountains. Anna was very welcoming and her great artwork and interior design distinguishes all the rooms. Apfeltrang is a small village but ideal for exploring the region.

Perfect Bavarian Holiday

We have just spent two very happy weeks in this beautiful house. The location with the alps in the background, the luscious green countryside all around us and the gentle ringing of cowbells nearby was very special. We were able to walk around at our leisure and picnic in the nearby woods. The apartment was stylish and very comfortable. Our hostess Anna was so kind and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had the best time. We especially loved day trips to Füssen to see Neuschwanstein Castle and a high point was a very relaxing boat trip on Forggensee. A little scary but recommended is the Tegelberg cable car ride, giving another view of the castles. From the house we were able to take a jaw-dropping car ride through the alps to Innsbruck and enjoy the picturesque Old Town area. A visit to Dornier Museum at Bodensee Airport was an interesting day out & then lunch at the harbour looking out towards Switzerland. The local hotel/restaurant/beer garden Hubertus provides excellent cuisine, make sure you ask for English menu. Not forgetting the locally brewed beer which was much appreciated. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Anna, war sehr zuvorkommend und hat alles gezeigt, an der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Leider war das Wetter nicht auf unserer Seite und deshalb waren wir viel drin. Wir konnten somit den Aussenbereich nicht wirklich nutzen. Aber zum Glück war das Wohnzimmer wirklich gross und man konnte sich sonst auch mal in ein der Zimmer zurück ziehen. Wir waren mit dem Auto da, daher kann ich nicht beurteilen betr. Öffentlichen. Küche hatte alles was man brauchte.

Großzügige und stilvolle Wohnung, auch für größere Gruppen

Wir verbrachten eine glückliche Woche in dieser geräumigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung in ländlicher Lage. Gutes Raumklima, gewählt eingerichtet, geräumiger Balkon, auch die Mülltrennung funktionierte gut. Freundliche Vermieterin, mit der sich alles regeln ließ. Mit etwas Anfahrtszeit waren wunderschöne landschaftliche und kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Herzliche Empfehlung!

Wir haben die Wohnung für ein Familientreffen im idyllischen Ruderatshofen ausgewählt. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet insbesondere die Küche. Sie ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man spürt den Flair der Vermieterin für Kunst. Die Vermieterin ist äussert hilfsbereit, umgänglich und kommunikativ. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung auf dem Land
