On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with double bed, a shower room with toilet; all is suitable for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor: one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet. Supplementary charges for the gas central heating (depending on the season), for the firewood and the electricity. On arrival you will find the beds made. For your enjoyment there is a table tennis, bowls, rakets and bicycles. The deposit will be double if you are staying with a pet. This gîtes is labelled "bébé câlins", 100% vélo, Pêche et Bien Être (sauna for 20€/hour). On site you will find all sorts of shops ans services. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: riding centre, canoeing on the Seine, Vélovoie, Museums, animal park, réservoir suitable for bathing (15km) and Vélorail at 30km. This gîte is situated in a fenced and tree studded garden at 30km from Troyes, 40 minutes from Provins and half way between Disneyland and Nigloland Park, in the heart of the Vallée de la Seine.
