Its independent kitchen has a 4-burner gas cooker + oven, a microwave, a coffee maker SENSEO, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer... and opens onto a covered terrace to share your lunches with friends or family with the good products of the market bought the same morning!

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first with a 140cm bed and the second with two 120cm beds.
A shower room and an independent toilet.

Make the most of the sun on the terrace! Patio furniture available.

Washing machine and barbecue in common with the 2 other accommodations. Just like camping!

Parking on the site.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
