The main part of this spacious house is on the first floor with its kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.... Its bright living room, with a 140cm BZ sofa bed and a flat screen TV, opens onto a pleasant terrace where you can relax while having lunch on the terrace furniture or reading a book on the deckchairs .

Its night part consists of a bedroom with direct access to the terrace (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), a second bedroom with 2 beds 90cm, a bathroom with bath and washing machine and separate toilets.

Go down to the garden level with a small summer kitchen, a large bedroom opening onto the garden with a 160cm bed and a TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

You will be able to relax and let the children play in its large enclosed garden with trees and flowers.
There is a gate for pedestrian access and an electric gate for your car access.

Garage for one car and parking possible on site.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
