Un très bon séjour

Maison très sympathique avec nombreux petits commerces à proximité ( Boulangerie à 150m faisant du très bon pain) Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée, un bonheur! Linges de lit et de toilette compris, pas besoin de voyager avec les siens, ce qui est pratique.

la maison impecable et très confortable

la maison avec piscine chauffée, est spacieuse et très propre et le propriètaire tout à fait adorable. nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons chaleureusement cette belle maison avec piscine à deux pas des commerçants età 5minutes de la mer.

Super séjour

Super séjour à Breuillet. Maison très grande avec tout le nécessaire conforme à l'annonce. Très bon accueil de Stéphane, disponible pendant le séjour pour toute question ou demande. Cerise sur le gâteau : "LA PISCINE" !!! Très agréable avec les grosses chaleurs, toute la famille à beaucoup appréciée et en a beaucoup profitée.

C'était un beau moment grâce à cette belle maison, bien située et à la réactivité de Stéphane. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus car même par mauvais temps, nous avons pu nous baigner. Nous reviendrons.

Wunderbar!!!

Ein wirklich schönes, großzügiges, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Allerhöchstens vielleicht ein Sonnenschirm, der einen an sehr heissen Tagen draußen beim Abendessen noch etwas schützt, wenn die tiefe Sonne schon unter die elektrische Markise knallt. Aber ansonsten alles top, Küche super ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe,…. Sehr schöner Pool mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen, Terassenmöbeln, etc….. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wohnt in der Nachbarschaft. Er kümmert sich nach zeitlicher Absprache 1x/Woche um den Pool. Danke für die schöne Zeit!!!

Location décevante

Très déçu concernant la qualité/prix. La maison n’avait pas été nettoyée comme il le devrait. Le par terre de douche (cheveux, poussière, saleté ..) et araignée .. Le drap du lit dans la grande chambre n’était pas propre. Il y avait une grosse tache de sang ou je ne sais quoi.. Les vitres très sale. Poussière sur les meubles .. Le bois autour de la piscine mal entretenu, qui vieilli mal nous a fait passé une matinée entière aux urgences pour des échardes dans le pied de mon fils de 3 ans. Je déconseillerais à une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. A notre arrivé impossible de nous baigner. l’eau venait d’être traitée car elle avait tournée au vert le matin même. Deux jours plus tard, jeudi, même scénario, impossible de se baigner l’eau était toute verte quand nous avons voulu y aller. Déception . Piscine chauffée.. mais l’eau est froide. Les télés dans la cuisine et la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas non plus. Déçu de la location quand je vois ce que j’ai dû payer..

Maison au calme sans vis à vis. Les enfants ont pu s'en donner à coeur joie dans la piscine malgré le temps moyen. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Je recherchais le calme. C etait parfait ! La maison est spacieuse et très agréable. La piscine est top et très bien exposée. Les plages et l ocean a proximité.. On serait bien resté plus longtemps.

Perfectly private

Great location - short distance from local bakery, convenience store, bakery and pharmacy. The beach is 10 mins away by car. Cognac is about 30 mins away by car and very pleasant to visit for an afternoon. House was relatively clean on arrival however we preferred to be cautious due to COVID and cleaned all used areas again. Outdoor space was excellent - Well equipped with seating area and quality sun loungers. Heated pool was excellent and maintained well by the owners and keeper. The keeper was very nice, attentive and accommodating. The only small improvement I would suggest is to have air conditioning or at least fans for the very hot days.

Agréable maison avec de l espace pour 8 personnes. Bon accueil. Peut être à prévoir un peu plus de vaisselle et de l équipement dans la cuisine genre bouilloire. Sinon très bien.
