A corridor leads to the sleeping area: a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140cm sofa bed and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cmX190cm and 80cmX200cm).
The first two have direct access to the balcony.
A bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin, as well as a toilet area with shower and wc.

For your comfort, you have a right of access to all the channels including the sports channel package, as well as a washing machine at your disposal.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
