Appartement agréable propre et bien équipé avec un accueil très sympathique d'Elisabeth . On ne se lasse pas de la vue mer et des superbes couchers de soleil. Emplacement idéal à quelques pas de la plage des commerces et des chemins côtiers. Le parking numéroté situé dans la rue au bas de la residence est un vrai plus en centre ville .

Die Wohnung lag mit Meerblick in zweiter Reihe. Es war eine ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Größere Supermärkte waren mit dem PKW in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet.Der kürzeste Zugang zum Gebäude ging durch einen Kellereingang direkt zum Fahrstuhl.Die Fotos entsprachen der Realität, allerdings wird die Toilette nicht gezeigt (1 m² mit sehr eingeschränkter Kopffreiheit - nichts für große Personen). Der Spiegel im Bad hängt für Gäste über 170 cm Größe zu tief.

Je conseille vraiment cet appartement, très bien équipé, très propre, face à la mer et, à mon avis, dans le meilleur quartier de Royan. Proche de tout à pieds. La personne qui nous accueil est très gentille. Si je reviens, je re louerai cet appartement sans hésitation

Pour y arriver il faut tourner au niveau de l'hôtel Miramar (à droite ou à gauche selon votre position) Vous êtes attendus et accueillis et surtout avec une visite de l'appartement (précisions apportées pour le fonctionnement des appareils ménagers) L'appartement est pratique et facilement occupable pour 4 personnes. Nous avons apprécié en particulier la présence d'ustensiles de cuisine complets (vaisselle, couverts, casseroles etc...

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Pontaillac. Mention particulière pour la propreté de l'appartement, sa clarté, et cette vue sur l'océan! Un vrai plaisir. Douche ancienne, salle de bain à refaire, soleil sur la terrasse pas génial, meuble de terrasse bois inconfortable, toilette attention à la tête plafond au-dessus de la cuvette bas, à partir de 9h. à 13h. Travaux coups de marteau, perceuse incessant, trois jours d’entretien espace vert, beaucoup de vent sur le balcon, et en bas de la résidence qui est en coure d’air ... Très déçu.

Appartement conforme à l annonce. Service de conciergerie pour nous accueillir, très sympathique. Seul petit bémol les toilettes : ils sont bas de plafond et on se cogne la tête. Sinon vraiment proche de la mer et des commerces. Tout est dispo dans le logement : lave vaisselle. Machine à laver.... Je recommande.
