We had an excellent day at Nova 10! Was perfect for our family of four leaving us more than enough space. Excellent location from shopping groceries and Disney would absolutely stay here again. Property was kept immaculate. Very clean clear instructions for check-in and checkouts would recommend.

Excellent apartment in great location

Stayed here twice now and love it - feels spacious, well equipped and good facilities - love the location close enough to walk to Disneyland but nice and quiet area to come back to in the evening - close to shopping centre and huge supermarket too - got everything you need in the apartment and nicely decorated and very clean apartment and ni

Great location for Disneyland and shops

Stayed 3 nights to visit Disneyland- only about 15-20 mins walk, and 5 mins to shopping centre. Apartment very clean and nicely decorated - got everything you need, good size open plan kitchen living area, good size bedrooms and bathroom - all appliances you need, good security - nice views from all rooms and quiet location - would recommend and hope to stay here again

Great Olympic Experience

We stayed at the property for the 17 days of the Olympics (we booked 18 months in advance). Convenient and cost effective alternative to staying in Paris for 6 adults (ages ranging from 22 to 65). Transportation to Paris via RER was convenient (20 minute walk to station) but can take local bus or park (free) at the mall and cross the street to station. Caution, RER was expensive for 6 people ($120CDN per day). Renting a car and driving into Paris was much less expensive albeit not as environmental. This is not the fault of the property owners. Unit was very nice, clean, beds were comfy, parking was convenient, plenty of good working fans for the hot days to keep every room comfortable. Check in process was easy but we arrived during business hours of the property mgmt company. Dropped our key off in slot when we left on Sunday. Few small complaints. The coffee maker was broken. We asked on day 2 if we could have it replaced and they said it would be impossible so we had to drink instant coffee the whole time!! Also, would have preferred if there were SOME basic cooking/eating supplies like salt and pepper..maybe some basic spices?? Cooking oil?We had to purchase EVERYTHING. All and all though we had a very good time and would recommend this location (town of Serris) and the rental unit.
