Nestled in the hills of estate Nazareth next to the Ritz Carlton.....a super neighbor offering superb water sports, dining and an European style day spa. Fine dining and light fare are also available on property at Caribbean Fish Market and Sangria at the waters edge. Nearby is red hook for shopping and the ferry to St john..........a must for any visit

St Thomas became ax family destination in the early 1960 s and after sampling many hotels and home rentals on both st Thomas and St. John my parents settled on Cowpet Bay then a new development started in 1968. With that came all the longterm friendships developed over the years . It has also stood the test of time in appearance with excellent management .........a new solar installation as well as full service power generator

Great location!!!!!

This property was in an excellent location, right on the beach, close to two restaurants/bar, accessible parking, excellent communication and assistance from property owner. In addition, the space of the condo was perfect for three adults. However, the property and accommodations are very dated, from the tile in the bathroom to the flimsy pillows, old bed linen/towels, old stove/refrigerator and limited bandwidth which was not accessible in the front bedroom closes to the exterior door. This place is nice but with a deep cleaning and renovations it would be perfect.

Perfect Location, everything works, very spacious and comfortable... Beautiful view

The location is perfect for somebody that wants to stay away from the business of Charlotte Amalie. The private beach and private amenities are just fantastic. great snorkeling, great food, drinks.. all in all a very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with a fantastic location and amenities. The owner super responsive, Great experience for a great price.

a great place to stay

We are two families with total 7 people, we stayed at Cowpet Bay East condo for 6 days in June/July 2016. The house is big enough for us, furnished beautifully, exactly as shown in the pictures. Three good sized bedrooms with very comfortable King & Queen size beds. The view from the balcony is amazing, can see the blue/green water of the bay and the beach steps down from the condo. Two restaurants on site, and two more restaurants at Ritz-Carlton right next door. 5 Minutes taxi ride to Red Hook.

Jeff is very responsive, he answers our phone calls, reply text messages immediately. He even mailed us the key and a map before our departure. We had a great time staying here, and we will definitely rent it again when we come to St. Thomas next time.

Great Property

This rental is great for families or for friends traveling to the USVI. Jeff was great with communicating with me. There is a beach and restaurants right on the property. We would occasionally walk around the corner to the Ritz Carlton to catch a cab (nice to just walk and enjoy the scenery). Jeff will provide you with great information for your trip. Would recommend and would stay again!

We love the condo and the location

What a pleasure to stay here. 3 couples stayed here for 5 nights prior to our charter. Everything you could want, internet, TV, view and ambiance. It was great dealing with the owner, everything was just as it looks. Close to the beach. Great beach bar at bottom of the condo. The property was very clean. VIP rentals was able to answer our questions on opening the security bars and internet access. Close to RedHook. I would definitely rent again.
