The house is located just across Trafalgar Park view point on 190 King George Terrace, one of the most beautiful spots in Victoria. It has an easy access down to a peaceful secluded beach and it is a walking distance to other beaches in the area. It has breathtaking views with 270 degrees of ocean and the Olympia Mountains. The house is located is one of the safest and most established neighbourhood in Victoria- Oak Bay. Oak Bay village is a lovely picturesque village with great restaurants, shops and coffee shops. The house is suitable for a family of eight, or even a couple looking to relax in beautiful Victoria with a large master bedroom, and ensuite bathroom, ample storage, huge open living floor plan, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (ensuite 5pcs, main bathroom 5pcs, powder room and 3pcs in the basement). Thanks to the large windows and the open space concept it is always bright. It also has a beautiful studio, large basement with a queen murphy bed, mudroom, laundry room, large library and office. The views can be enjoyed on one of the balconies and patios surrounded by lush, sculptured and meticulously maintained gardens and a pond. The rent includes free wifi, doesn't include utilities Rate includes 2%.administration fee. Minimum rental period is 3 months, In case of one year rental, monthly fee can be negotiated. Pets are welcome.

5 Stars - Amazing vacation home!

We are long-time Victoria residents who lived here during our home renovations. It was an absolute treat to live in the house with the most amazing views. It was a pleasure to experience a new neighbourhood in our own town. Made it feel like a true "staycation" which was very welcome during the pandemic. The owners are extremely responsive to any issues which may arise, the house is in pristine shape, and the garden provides a surprising amount of privacy despite the proximity of the house to a busy lookout overlooking the beautiful Olympic mountain range. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and will miss our new adopted neighbourhood. Truly a special place to stay!

It's a unique property in Victoria, maybe the only one that enjoys such a broad ocean view (270 degrees), you can enjoy beautiful sunrises in the mornings and sunsets in the evenings. It is spacious and full of light, even in a cloudy day. The open space together with the view gives an overwhelming feeling. It's contemporary design grants a cozy feeling like home. The house is a walking distance from beautiful beaches, parks, the picturesque Oak Bay Village with coffee shops, restaurants and shops , the best golf club and Oak Bay Marina
