Incredible Home, with fantastic views!!

I loved everything about this property. It’s in perfect shape and has everything you need to have a wonderful time in LA. The view of the city is phenomenal! Highly recommend this home!

Glass walls, an angled roof and smooth concrete forms link the outdoor living areas with the indoor ones. Soft area rugs, clean-lined sofas in neutral tones and low wood tables form a subtly stylish backdrop for whimsical contemporary art in the two-level sitting area, and in the dining area, graceful Cherner chairs and a glass-topped table are flooded with light from a bank of windows. There’s additional seating at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.

What makes this property unique

Though the villa’s city views make you feel like you’re above the urban bustle, Classic Mid-Century is less than 10 miles from many L.A. must-sees and less than 25 miles from some of the area’s most popular beaches. Spend an afternoon shopping on Rodeo Drive or at The Grove, browsing the collection at the Getty Center or teeing off at the Wilson & Harding Golf Course. If you’re traveling with the kids, bring them out for thrills at Universal Studios or oceanfront fun on the piers at Santa Monica Beach or Malibu.
