It includes:

- living room with TV and sofa,
- kitchen equiped (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking plates),
- 2 bedrooms with bed 160cm large,
- bathroom with washing machine,
- toilets separated.
Big terrace exposed south with garden furniture. Parking in the residence.
Animal not allowed. Small private garden.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 130€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
