We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Montchâlons. It has a floor area of 250 m² and can accommodate up to nine guests. It comprises a lovely living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden for you to enjoy. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen included, towels available at an extra charge – we’re just waiting for you!

The house is ideally situated in Montchâlons, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… a 15-minute drive away in the town of Laon.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- a living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove (first fire included, additional wood at extra cost), a dining area and a pool table.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine…
- A landing: on the first floor with a TV.

- Bedroom 1: on the first floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: on the first floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: on the second floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and a cot.
- Bedroom 4: on the second floor with three single beds.
- Bathroom: on the first floor with a bath.
- Shower room: on the second floor with a shower and toilet.
- Separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a cot, a high chair, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

By booking this house, you’ll be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay:

- a public outdoor car park with two spaces, opposite the house.

Nature lovers can explore the forests of Samoussy and Vauclair or the Liesse marshes.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public car park opposite the house.

- Nearest railway station: Laon station, 17.9 km away (20 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Reims-Prunay Airport, 63 km away (48 minutes by car)
- Car hire: cars can be hired in Laon or at the airport.

- Bed linen is provided.
- Towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). Large and small towels are available as an option at €5 per person per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €25 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking.
- The wood-burning stove is in working order; the first fire is complimentary, with additional wood available at a supplement of €20 (please request and pay our on-site service provider)
- Charcoal barbecue available (charcoal not provided)
