THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

This accommodation had a great location. The set up worked well for us and we loved eating on the porch. We did find the couch to be very uncomfortable and in need of updating. The beds are hard so that needs to be taken into consideration. We were very happy with the cleanliness.

Great 2nd floor ocean view from the kitchen, living room and hall. Double and single bed in one room together. 1/2 bath in this room but also the full bath is accessible from the hall and the bedroom. I believe the sofa can be pulled out for additional sleeping spots. Coffee maker takes grounds…lol…we brought kcups. Oops! Dunkin’ Donuts across the road saved us.

Only real complaint was the coffee maker. No one really has coffee pots anymore so we are forced to buy filters and loose coffee we will never use again. They need to replace the old one they have with a Keurig, in my opinion. Also, the silverware holder was dirty and should be cleaned out after every guest too. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Location, Location, Location

We loved the location of 208D at Sea Colony. It was right by the indoor pool and gym. The unit, especially the kitchen, had everything we needed. I need a cheese grater, there it was! I wanted to wash the windows and glass tables and the supplies were there. Our only complaint was that the beds were much harder than we like. With mattress toppers, we'd definitely stay again.
