Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single level seaside retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with a private half bathroom of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 flat-screen TVs, DVD, Wifi.

Wonderful stay

This home is perfect if you have littles. There were a few toys like a train set and a few books. Very clean environment, with most of what you need to “live” for the week. Hope to be back!

Family friendly apartment, beautiful location

Loved the floor plan of this apartment-- it really worked well for our young family. You can't beat the location of the property-- steps from the beach, pool and restaurants. Only concern was overlooked maintenance on the property-- but, even with that being said, I'm hoping we'll be able to return to the property again sometime soon.

Great location and view

Very good location, convenient to pools beach and town. Unit was very suitable for two people. Murphy bed was broken and patio furniture could use some updates but otherwise well appointed unit. Can’t beat the view and sound of crashing ocean. We would stay here again.

Nice condo, good location

Property was in good condition. Parking was easy since it was post-season. Bedroom could use room-darkening blinds. Post-season concrete work outside the building was unexpected and slightly annoying.

Overall pretty good

Great location and Sea Colony is a wonderful resort. However, the property could have been a little cleaner. Trash was left in 2 cans and hair was in sinks and both bathrooms.

Great location, great condo

We loved our stay here, with a great view of the beach and easy access to the private beach. We also liked the access to all the amenities of sea colony ie playgrounds/basketball courts/pools, even thought it was off season so a lot of pools were closed and we couldn’t use them and we still had to pay the amenity fee. We hope to come back sometime. The condo was in good condition overall! We noticed the balcony doors/windows weren’t clean so it hindered our view a bit to the ocean, and I didn’t like the very worn condition of the pots/utensils in the kitchen. Overall though it was a great stay and we’d recommend it!

Cute place, unsatisfactory management

Very cute unit for one or two people. Has the usual important features, nice balcony included. However, the WiFi only worked outside the bedroom, occasionally in br. The worst feature was the unacceptable pre-check-in housekeeping. But Sea Colont/vacasa made a satisfactory gesture almost completely rectifying this. Looking forward to receiving it.

Early check in

The property, unit and location was spectacular, however we arrived earlier than expected (11:30am) and requested early check. We were told the owner had checked out and the condo was being cleaned, which was no problem at all. We received our property tags and used the property bathroom to change. From the beach, we could see the condo. We waited 2 additional hours and tried the door code. It still didn’t work. We called the Vacasa office to inquire about accessing the property because no one had been there since we arrived. They said it needed inspected and then we could get access. We stood outside the unit waiting. No one showed up, so about 30 minutes later we tried to access the condo again and the code worked. No one ever showed up to inspect it. We could have been in the condo hours earlier.

Disappointed

So disappointed in this unit. We were told there was a queen size bed but it was a double of poor quality with mattress topper. Impossible to get comfortable since we are two old folks who are large and it was impossible to get comfortable, No handrails in the bath and it was impossible for me to use the shower because of balance issues. I could go on and on about our disapointments and I can tell you we will not return

Excellent value in the off season!

A nice clean place with a fantastic view! We loved visiting in early November on an unseasonably warm week! It was peaceful and quiet with only the sound of the waves. We were practically the only people in the building. Would highly recommend visiting at this time of the year!
