Charming cocooning studio on the 2nd floor with individual box in the basement (for bicycles, roof box.....) locked and elevator, small studio very nice with all the comforts (washing machine, wifi, ....)

Room of 18m2 with kitchenette and bathroom with shower of 1.50 m by 0.80 m, with toilet sink, 1 sleeping area with bed 140 * 90.
The studio was redone in March 2022.

Located 7 minutes walk from the thermal baths through the Charles de Gaulle Park, close to the town centre, the market square which takes place twice a week, restaurants on the edge of the pond and doctors and pharmacy.

Balcony of 4 m2 where it is possible to have breakfast.

Cigarettes are not allowed inside because there is this nice little balcony with a view of the Pic de la Gardiole.

Bed linen and towels are not included EXCEPT FOR BOOKINGS OF 2 DAYS MINIMUM INCLUDING FRIDAY OR SATURDAY

Certes, mais vous etiez au courant de la surface de 17 m² et qu'il n'y avait pas de 2ème couchage. Famille sympathique
