Beautiful and petfriendly

The place is very nice with a wonderful balcony facing the golf course. We had our dog with us and the house was perfect for pets.

Excellent Experience!

This was a great choice and the property is exactly as appears in the listing. Very clean and plenty of room for the family. Also, from booking to check-out, the process is very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Nice play to stay

The property was in very good condition - just as pictured. Very quiet neighborhood. Our granddaughter loved the pool each day after the beach! We did end up driving to the beach each day (we were able to park at Disney's beach house...there's a section of parking for non guests) because it was just too far to walk with all of our beach gear. We took advantage of the adult bikes and beach chairs/umbrella. Great vacation!

Second Year Still a Charm!

This was our second year in a row booking a rental property through this rental management company. We have been consistently impressed with their professional, friendly, rapid response to everything. This was our second year of booking a rental in Palmetto Dunes with this company but in a different rental from last year (which we loved also but was booked for this year). However I think we enjoyed this year's property, Turnberry Villa-227 even better. We loved the rental itself, the decor, space and cleanliness and the neighbourhood it was situated in. We also enjoyed having the xplorie activities attached to this rental and this was a huge reason for booking with this company. We would definitely look to booking here again in the future and I give it the highest review possible.

Nice property...Air Conditioning could be a problem

The property was nice, clean and the property management company did a fantastic job. The instruction book at the home advised not to turn AC under 70 degrees, as it would freeze. We sleep at 68 deg or below. 70 degrees is too warm to sleep. It was cool during our visit but if this was not the case we would have demanded a refund. This should not be a surprise. A renter should know this situation prior to renting.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Due to weather conditions in the south there have been issues with HVAC units freezing over. We don't want any of our guests to be without AC. Typically this is the case when it is 90-100 degrees outside. Thank you for staying with us! We hope to host you all again soon.

Upon arrival, to our dismay we noticed a lack of proper cleanliness and stains throughout the entire property. There was black dog hair stuck to everything, from the pillows in the bedrooms to the couch. There were numerous stains on the carpet in the living room and the stairs leading to loft. The loft carpet and Primary suite carpet are also soiled with stains. The toilet off the primary had feces splattered on the toilet seat, and the showers (both of them) need a good scrubbing. The upstairs faucet is old and hard water stained along with the laminate behind the faucet bowing due to years of water damage. The kitchen floor had a dead bug on it and the toaster oven has a damaged leg. The condition of the property is a disappointment with the lack of cleanliness and updates. I feel that this unit was not represented honestly on the internet. This unit was located really far away from the beach. It is located at the far end of the Inverness section and takes a good five min driving just to get out of Palmetto Dunes.

Nice location

Perfect size for our family of 5 and a nice quiet location with pretty golf course views and not far from the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable for all.

It was clean and comfortable

It was very disappointing, especially to our children, that neither pool was usable. The description of being close to the beach was not accurate either, as it was close to a mile away.
