Pure relaxation in the quiet, exclusive apartment at the Nordstrand for 2 persons
(Also with child), and not a viewable southwest terrace. The stylishly furnished apartment and completely renovated in 2014 offers you a modern ambience! Facilities of our apartment:
Large bed (155x220) with makosatin cotton bed linen, allergy friendly new cold foam mattresses. Closet with plenty of storage space. The generous living room with flat screen TV (3D-capable) and bluray-player with various DVDs and blurays, relaxation chair and corner set made of high-quality leather invite you to relax. For the solid wood dining table in core beech, we have selected super comfortable chairs with armrests. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer and a microwave.
Washing machine and dryer are in the cellar. They can be used for a fee. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a flat entrance, as well as a spa shower head. All windows have fly screens. A parking lot and a storage facility for bicycles are free to use. The bicycle storage is in the basement, here you enter without steps and without tiresome carrying of the bicycles. A travel cot and a children's high chair can be placed on request. WLan free of charge. Our non-smoking apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, so pets are not allowed. Spend an unforgettable Norderney holiday in our apartment.

Sehr gemütliche und für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Osten von Norderney. Die Wohnung ist etwas abseits des Touristenzentrums im Osten des Ortes aber alles Nötige ist direkt um die Ecke: Es gibt einen Inselsupermarkt, eine Bäckerei, ein Fahrradverleih, Gaststätten und die Dünen mit Übergang zum Strand in Sichtweite. Die Küche ist für zwei Personen ein wenig eng aber perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und Geschirr, Gläser und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden und in Topzustand. Das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich sind sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ebenso das Schlafzimmer mit Betten und Decken auch für große Menschen. Auch das Bad lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt eine kleine abgetrennte Terrasse mit Liegen oder einfach zum Draußen sitzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, geben zahlreiche Infos und sind bei Fragen kurzfristig erreichbar. Kurz: Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit auf Norderney.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Wohnung für zwei Personen in guter Lage. 5 Minuten zu Strand, Bäcker um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Wir waren mit unseren Fahrrädern da. Im Keller konnte man diese gut abstellen, eine Fahrrad-Rampe hat das Tragen der Räder erspart.Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Sehr gut ausgestattete, komfortable und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die Wohnung sehr sauber. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih und Bushaltestelle sind in direkter Nähe. Ein zur Ferienwohnung gehörender Parkplatz befindet sich hinter dem Haus. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und gute Lage

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung in tadellosem Zustand vorgefunden, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und die Lage der Wohnung war super. Zwar etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, mit dem Fahrrad aber in 15 Min. gut erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt und ein sehr gutes Restaurant.Auch ist man ganz schnell am Meer. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Top eingerichtete hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir wohnten in einer sehr liebevoll und hochwertig sanierten, vollständig eingerichteten Wohnung (es fehlte wirklich an nichts!) in der Nordhelm Siedlung. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet und immer schön warm. Die Dünen zum Strand sieht man schon vom Haus aus, um die nächste Straßenecke gibt es einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Fahrradverleih und ein Restaurant. Bis ins Dorfzentrum sind es ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Besonders praktisch für uns mit Kleinkind war auch der Parkplatz hinterm Haus sowie ein vorhandenes Babybett und ein Hochstuhl. Die Sauberkeit ist noch ausbaufähig (Staub unter Bett und Sofa, Spinnenweben z.B. unterm Küchenschrank) aber ansonsten war alles top - wir würden wieder kommen!

Tolle FeWo + gute Lage = super Urlaub

Die FeWo war super gemütlich. Alles tip top und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche ist alles da was man sich wünscht. Die Lage war für uns auch genau richtig. Abseits vom ganzen Trubel, aber nicht so weit weg, als dass man nicht auch schnell in die Stadt kommt. Das Surfcafé ist sogar fußläufig zu erreichen (sehr zu empfehlen). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne und sehr gut augestattete Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte zum Nordstrand und wenige Minuten mit dem Rad ins Städtchen. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt ums Eck. Wir empfehlen Sie gerne weiter.
