This charming 45 m² apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a beautiful old building, accessible by a carriage door, in the heart of the historic center of Narbonne.

This large studio offers a pleasant living space with a comfortable sofa bed equipped with a real mattress of 190 × 140 × 12 cm, a single bed, as well as a mezzanine with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a ceiling fan.

The independent kitchen, full of charm, is fully equipped: combi microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to cook.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Several fans are also available in the apartment for your comfort during hot periods.

The apartment does not have air conditioning.

Please note: access to the apartment is under the mezzanine and a beam is relatively low. For people over 1.75 m tall, special attention is recommended in this area.

Een leuke plek zonder lift onder het dak

Midden in het centrum, top. Zonder eigen parkeerplaats , wordt wel zo vermeldt in de omschrijving. Schoon en groot genoeg voor 2 personen. En geen lift, 63 treden met je koffers omhoog.

Il y a dû y avoir un problème de compréhension, l’annonce indique bien qu’il y a des places devant l’immeuble pour stationner, mais qu'elles sont souvent occupées, d’autres places se trouvent plus loin. Il est également précisé que l’appartement est au troisième étage sous les combles, l'immeuble étant ancien, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

L'appartement sous les combles, est bien amménagé, très agréable, mais avec cette canicule était trop chaud. Il manquait un ventilateur dans la chambre.
