Ideally located 30 meters from the beach at Lake Aydat—the largest Blue Flag-certified lake in Auvergne—in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. In a house comprising two units with separate, opposite entrances, this fully equipped ground-floor apartment features direct access to a terrace. It is a 3-star-rated unit for four people, with a total area of 70m², consisting of two bedrooms—one with a 140-bed, the other with two 90-side-by-side beds, a 30-square-meter living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, mini-oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric coffee maker...), a living area with a sofa and TV, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet with a sink, an entryway, and a washing machine.
Bed linens available as an option.
Pets not allowed.
Breathtaking view of the lake. A paradise for anglers and hikers.

Très bon emplacement, à 20 minutes de la chaine des Puy, de Vulcania, Clermont-Ferrant et plus bas, Murol, Saint nectaire... Le logement est idéal en famille, au pied du lac dont nous avons pu faire le tour en 2h (avec enfants de 5 et 8 ans). Tout près pour eux l'accrobranches ;) L'accueil a été parfait, notre hôte adorable, de bons conseils et discrète et le logement très bien équipé.

MALADIE

J'ai du annuler mon séjour pour cause de maladie. J'ai averti le propriétaire de mes problèmes avant même le début du séjour avec l'espoir de rejoindre le lieu de vacances dès rétablissement mais cela n'a pas été possible. Je viens juste de retrouver une vie normale !!!

Vue sur lac avec confort gite excellent

Location à l’intérieur d’une propriété mais très indépendante. L’intérieur est très fonctionnel, très propre avec des prestations de haut de gamme. Géographiquement nous avons pu rayonner vers les 4 points cardinaux tous à égales distances. Excellent séjour
