Amazing experience!

This property is a delight! Great communications with our host Joel prior to arriving made finding our accomodation stress free. The property is spotless, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is perfect making exploring Rouen easy and pleasurable. Thank you Joel!

Wonderful apartment!

We liked our stay and booked it twice. The apartment is very centrally located, modern, and very well equipped. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. I recommend it!

Wonderful apartment

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was very clean and well kept, everything is new and fresh, all that you need is provided. Beautiful view to Saint Owen, and in super-central location. The host was wonderful, too. I recommend it highly!

Check-in was easy, and I had the apartment to myself. I was happy to find that the window overlooked a charming pedestrian street, and offered me a sense of belonging to the every-day acricivit of Rouen, without necessarily having to leave my comfortable room. I did however leave the room, and found Rouen to be welcoming and delightful!

Fabulous Stay in a lovely location

The Apartment is a fantastic base for your visit to Normandy - modern but in a gorgeous part of town, comfortable and convenient to all destinations. It’s a short walk to the station, and situated above a bustling street, with plenty of great dining options nearby. Joel could not have been more helpful. The stairs definitely helped counterbalance the delicious food!

Amazing property

Joel and Anne’s property is in a great location, was super clean, and had all the amenities we needed. They are super hosts and they went above and beyond to help us solve a problem that we encountered on our journey. Don’t know what we would have done without them. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in center of Rouen

The apartment is very well situated to downtown activities, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was as pictured or described in the listing. I appreciated being able to do laundry during my stay. The owners were easy to contact and very willing to help if I had any questions. One thing to be aware of is that you must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It is worth it though when you walk into the clean and beautiful space. I would definitely stay here again.

Wunderschönes Appartement in bester City-Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Top-Lage, ist neu saniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was für einen Kurzaufenthalt (oder auch länger) notwendig ist. Es fehlte uns an nichts. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vom Appartement aus konnten wir wunderbar zu Fuß durch die Fußgängerzonen und Gassen von Rouen streifen. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich, reagieren schnell auf Anfragen und nehmen sich aller Wünsche direkt an. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden schon allein deswegen wiederkommen! Merci beaucoup, A. et J., pour votre hospitalité!
