About this property

Duplex for 5 people – with a heated pool in the summer

A duplex with its own entrance, consisting of a living room with a dining area, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet. One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. A 6.30 m x 3.50 m pool, 1.50 m deep, heated in the summer (usually to 26 degrees), literally right outside the door. A very large, south-facing terrace with unobstructed views, featuring lounge chairs, armchairs, a table for outdoor dining, and a barbecue. All the comforts in a compact space.
