We had a great stay. The balcony and ocean view was great. Plenty of room for the family. Close to food and groceries. Elevators were quick and parking good. The pool and inside pool were both nice. I would stay again.

Great Family Vacation

We love the location and have visited this area for years. The condo was spacious and provided plenty of space for our young grandchildren to spread out and play when we were all inside. The bedrooms are also spacious making it better for all you have to travel with when you have young children. The design of the complex is great knowing you don’t have much walk by traffic on your floor. The furniture was comfortable which isn’t always the case. Thanks for a great place for our family to enjoy each other for a few days!

Great location on the beach

The condo gave our party of 5 plenty of open space. Property manager was good at sending texts to me each step of the way. Balcony large & well furnished. Each bedroom had comfortable beds with its own bathroom, a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean & sunrise. Place was very clean. The kitchen had dishes & silverware but were all mismatched (we made it work) but no soup or salad bowls. Wish we could have had the balcony doors open as it was colder outside & we could have enjoyed the breeze. Cons. Details on layout of the facilities ie, pool, gym. Too many passcodes; elevator was the worst to operate! 2 Teflon fry pans are unsafe to use (badly scratched up) & need to be replaced! Sofa starting to show its age in the springs.A past occupant smoked & stashed their butts in the corner of the balcony, it was missed by cleaning crew. Aside from any cons we would still return & recommend this condo.

Not what we expected

I’ve never left a negative review before but this was too much of a disappointment. First we were told that one of the bathrooms did not having a working bathtub/shower. While this is technically true, I felt misled because the master bathroom was a full fledged construction zone. The bathtub and shower didn’t work because they weren’t installed. The whole bathroom was a mess. The window whistled at night because it wasn’t properly installed. There was construction trash left on the patio. We cleaned that up ourselves when no one came. To make matters worse the storm shutters were broken so the patio was hot and the view was cut off on one side. When I called about the storm shutters the first time they didn’t tell me that I had to talk to the on-site office. They didn’t respond to my email and then when I called again they let me know they couldn’t help. Five days into our stay they were finally fixed. Other issues are a poorly equipped kitchen, so-so cleaning and a stained couch. The wifi details are under the router and you need an HDMI cable for Netflix. Most places like this (& at this price point) have this kinda thing sorted. The location is great - right on the beach and a nice pool. Having stayed at a lot of VRBOs this one just felt like it wasn’t ready for renters and the property management company and cleaning crew were stretched thin and understaffed. There are much nicer places to stay in the area.

Condo was great. View was beautiful . Plenty of room for our blended family. Only complaints are about the building itself. There was only one elevator working and on the 2nd of June, that elevator broke. We were on the 7th floor. I felt really bad for the older couple that was on the 18th floor and had to climb all those stairs. Then on the last day, the toilet in the spare bedroom overflowed. The floor above is was having some sort or plumbing issue and caused our toilet to overflow. It sounded like there was water constantly running in the walls. Limited space for placing your own beach stuff because of all the "rental" chairs they put out that no one ever uses.

Amazing Condo

Great stay and easy to communicate with manager. The only complaint I have is though it stated there was construction going on, I never thought there would be constant drilling and workers right outside our window and at one point they were on the porch without anyone informing us beforehand. I spoke with management and they gave us a small inconvenience fee. I really appreciated their response. We would definitely stay again.
