Superb apartment of 58m², with a balcony of 15m², in a small condominium very quiet of the residential area of Pironnière.
You will be delighted by the ocean view, the setting and the proximity of the main points of interest of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Accommodation for 4 people maximum, 2 or 3 ideal. The sea at 3 minutes walk (coastal path and coves)
Close to the beach (~13mn walk), shops, tennis, casino, restaurants, Zoo, Thalasso, forests, Tanchet Lake…
Everything less than 15 minutes walk
Apartment of 58m² located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a pleasant residence.
A room with a queen size bed (160x200)
Bathroom with shower and washing machine
Separate toilets.
Fully equipped and functional kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and piston coffee maker, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster...
In the living room, a sofa bed of 140 and a TV, wifi
A large balcony of 18m² to admire the sea and sunbathe (facing south) with a table, two chairs and two sunbeds
A garage of 18m² to park your vehicle or store your bikes or surfboards.
If you do not have bicycles, a renter is located 3 minutes from the accommodation, so you can discover the bike paths of the Country of Olonnes (more than 250km)
Private outdoor parking spaces are also available
Linen is included and the bed will be made upon arrival
