Superb apartment of 58m², with a balcony of 15m², in a small condominium very quiet of the residential area of Pironnière.

You will be delighted by the ocean view, the setting and the proximity of the main points of interest of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Accommodation for 4 people maximum, 2 or 3 ideal. The sea at 3 minutes walk (coastal path and coves)

Close to the beach (~13mn walk), shops, tennis, casino, restaurants, Zoo, Thalasso, forests, Tanchet Lake…

Everything less than 15 minutes walk



Apartment of 58m² located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a pleasant residence.

A garage of 18m² to park your vehicle or store your bikes or surfboards.

If you do not have bicycles, a renter is located 3 minutes from the accommodation, so you can discover the bike paths of the Country of Olonnes (more than 250km)

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve ( sauf la météo) Le logement offre toutes les commodités et prestations énoncées dans l’annonce. Il est bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée et un lieu calme. Il est très propre, très joliment décoré et meublé. Il est fonctionnel avec un grand balcon et une très jolie vue. La propriétaire est charmante et nous a donné pleins d’explications et renseignements très utiles. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour. Merci et bravo. 🤩️ Ajouter un couteau à pain. 🥖

Semaine formidable

Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos et à la description. Une vue magnifique depuis le balcon, un parking pour voiture ou vélos, tous les équipements nécessaires et des propriétaires vraiment sympathiques. Le quartier est calme, une supérette et un marché quotidien proches. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

L'appartement est clair, spacieux super équipé décoré avec goût. Seul hic, pas de wifi

Vraiment enchantée par cette location nous pensons y retourner. Je ne crois pas avoir déjà loué et trouver autant d'attention . La télévision est un peu vieillotte, mais en vacances ! Un triple bravo

Magnifique appartement et vue

Très bel appartement avec une vue mer magnifique. Décoré avec beaucoup de goûts et confort de standing, tout est neuf…très bonne literie . La résidence est jolie, bien rénovée et dans un quartier pavillonnaire calme…les pistes cyclables au bout de la rue, la plage la plus proche a 800m… paradisiaque. Manque juste le wifi car dans l’appart pas d’accès à la 4G et peu au GSM… très très bon séjour
