We had a wonderful anniversary getaway to Gunnison and this location was perfect. Just a few minutes to get into town and the river is pretty much in the backyard. Can't get a better view than that!

We enjoyed our 4 days at the house with the beautiful view of the river. Communication with the host was excellent as was the check-in/check-out. Parking was very convenient. The beds were comfortable along with the sofa and chair in the living room where I spent hours enjoying the view! The kitchen was well stocked, but could use some new dishes as many of them were chipped. The house could use a paint job and a good “deep” clean. On the surface it appeared clean, but we found dishes with dried food on them and the wall heaters and the vents were really dirty. This would not deter us from staying there again. We definitely would!

This was a very convenient location for nearby ice fishing at blue Mesa Reservoir. The house is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location, with the river directly behind the house, is super nice!

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Crested Butte & Blue Mesa Reservoir. Enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was as we ate in most meals. The provided board games were a hit with our kids. They even put up a small Christmas tree as we were there around the holidays! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home(s) to relax with family

We enjoyed the quiet spot on the river, campfires under star-lit skies, and relaxing with family. It was great to have both cabins so all of us could be close in comfortable surroundings.

Beautiful property

This property was absolutely perfect for our party of 4. Beautiful, right on the river! Slept with the windows open and could hear the river all night!! We enjoyed a warm campfire in the cool temps every night. Check in and out was a breeze! Beds were super comfy. Loved the location for our hiking and sightseeing adventures!! Highly recommended!!

Great location, had a nice relaxing stay. Only 1 note, when we arrived the bedside lamp close to the window in the first bedroom was broken.

Stunning Little Cabin On The River!

Best trip I could have taken with my Grandpa, and two little boys. We made wonderful memories we will cherish forever. The location is just fabulous!

Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this special property. The location is unparalleled, right on the Gunnison river with tons of privacy. We enjoyed bonfires out by the river in the evening. And loved seeing the wild life everywhere foxes ducks deer you name it. This place is amazing I would really recommend it if you were thinking about staying in the area.
