Beautiful appartment of 62 m2 entirely renovated with high quality facilities.



You will be seduced by this splendid flat, with 2 independent bedrooms with their own shower room.



The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living room and will allow you to spend a stay while keeping a little privacy.



Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



There is also a washing machine.



The living room, dining room will welcome you with its sofa, armchair, a dining table and 4 chairs.



You will also find a corner desktop.



Each room has storage space.



The flat is fully air-conditioned, free WIFI internet access.

Good apartment, but inaccurately described

Lovely apartment in a great part of town. Excellent transport options with tram stops close by. Many excellent restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. HOWEVER, be aware that the description of the apartment is inaccurate in one crucial respect. Neither of the two shower rooms has a WC. There is only one WC, off the kitchen, rather than the three claimed.

Property was well located, but a little noisy at night - although local bars and restaurants closed at a reasonable hour. The check in and out process was overly complicated, including having to pick up and drop off the key up from a separate location to the apartment. The apartment itself was reasonably comfortable, however the sheets and pillows were poor quality, and the toilet was next to the kitchen.
