This one-bedroom apartment is in a fantastic location on Rue de Chabrol, near Rue Lafayette. The neighborhood has many great places to eat, grab a coffee, and shop. Your stay in this modern, clean, and comfortable apartment is sure to make your time in Paris even better. You’ll find everything you need to enjoy this home away from home: bed linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The apartment was completely renovated in April 2022!!


This apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and includes:

★Living room with a comfortable sofa, table with 4 chairs, TV, and fast Wi-Fi
★A fully equipped open kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and washing machine)
★ A bathroom with a shower and toilet
★ Bedroom, separated by a door from the rest of the apartment, with a double bed (160 cm) and storage for your belongings.
★ RENOVATED IN MAY 2022

. Cleaning fees include one towel per person, bed linens for the bed, and professional cleaning services.

The windows overlook the courtyard, which makes the apartment very quiet.

Antoine is a wonderful host. On arrival I discovered a significant misrepresentation in the VRBO listing. Antoine immediately took responsibility for the problem and remedied it. The flat was very well equipped and remained reasonably temperate throughout my three week stay. Weekly housekeeping by Marlon was terrific. Neighborhood has restaurants and stores galore and is conveniently located for bus and metro. In sum, a great flat and very accommodating host!
