Our house is located in the best location Döses, almost directly on the sandy beach, and has an secluded garden to the west with a large, fully furnished terrace.
Since March 2017, a brand new beach chair has stood for a real beach house feeling for our guests in the garden!
The large bathroom is now completely new - with an extra flat shower and a beach house-style look!

The house has 2 floors and covers approximately 110sqm.

According to the location on the North Sea, the furniture is noble, but with natural materials, oiled woods, and a hint of a maritime atmosphere.

You need about 3-5 minutes to walk to the sandy beach.

The dining and living area is on the ground floor. In the living room there is a large cozy corner with a corner sofa, armchairs, large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. We have WiFi, the TV is a Smart TV and has many TV channels online via the media library.

In the dining area there is plenty of space for 6 people with a view of the idyllic garden. Children receive a high chair, cot and changing mat free of charge.

The high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, built-in oven with hot air, ceramic hob, large extractor hood, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender and toaster. There are high-quality stainless steel pots and plenty of dishes and glasses.

In the 1st Floor there are 3 spacious sheep rooms, suitable for families or 6 adults. 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m), two bedside tables and a wardrobe (1.80m wide). One bedroom has a large west-facing balcony with a view of the dike. In the third loop room there are two beds 90x2.00 m, wardrobe, desk and chairs. Complete darkening is possible in every room via partially electric external shutters.
For small children we offer travel cots with an extra mattress or safety protection for the large bed, changing mat and baby bath free of charge.
All mattresses (2016/17 new) have 7 zones and a comfort height of 23 cm. We also offer thin summer blankets on request.
The fully equipped, large, Long Island-style bathroom is on the 1st Floor.
In addition to the shower and toilet, you will also find a bathtub and a vanity with 2 sinks.
A separate toilet and sink are on the ground floor.

All rooms in the house have (partly electrical) external shutters.

In a small utility room you will find washing machine, ironing board and iron as well as vacuum cleaner, broom etc.

With the entrance side, our completely newly renovated holiday home is very quietly located on a green area.
A private lockable garage, which is at your disposal (also for your bicycles), is behind the house and a large adventure playground is in the immediate vicinity.

In the immediate vicinity there are small shops (newspapers, rolls etc.) and nice restaurants.

There are various eateries and restaurants in the town of Döse. Nearby you will find a pharmacy, post office and a small shopping center (approx. 300 m) with ALDI, butcher, baker and drinks market.

The Döser Kurpark with seabird complex, exhibition and event center as well as the Kurmittelhaus are nearby, as are the Döse beach house and the Kugelbake.
The new promenade path to Thalasso, which leads from Duhnen to the Kugelbake, begins right behind the dike, for many the most beautiful place far and wide!

There are several ways to rent a beach chair on a daily or weekly basis.

In summer kite courses are offered directly at the Kugelbake.

And finally, the Döser Watt lying behind the beach offers many opportunities, such as hiking on the mudflats, driving a mudflat, etc.
