Insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub

Großzügiges gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Sehr angenehme Begrüßung und umfangreiches Willkommenspaket. Gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und privaten Parkplätzen. Schöne Lage am Yachthafen mit vielen Restaurants und kleinem Supermarkt. Zum Sandstrand sind einige Meter zu laufen (1,5 km, 20 Min). Viele Ziele an der Côte d'Azur bequem mit dem Auto oder der Bahn zu erreichen. Die nahe Bahnlinie ist Nachts ruhig und war für uns nicht störend.

Résidence loin de la plage de sable.voie ferrée passant derrière les chambres.beaucoup de vis à vis avec la résidence d en face qui est bruyante notamment le soir et tard dans la nuit.appartement non climatisé.le store de la terrasse très difficile à actionner car le mécanisme est détérioré.procédure d arrivée un peu légère,avec une chaleur ardente nous aurions espéré de trouver au moins une bouteille d eau dans le frigo.par contre le lave vaisselle était plein à notre arrivée. Une journée supplémentaire nous a été facturée à 180€ Dommage car l appartement est plutôt spacieux

Nice apartment

Great holiday and very helpful host. Slightly officious around pool area (no loungers allowed despite no signage saying this & insisted on wristband for us but not for the French !) A few decent restaurants locally and 20min walk to town to get a wider range
