Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included, we are just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can be pushed together
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from April to October
- A 13 m² private terrace to enjoy the warm weather

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
