Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming 56 m² air-conditioned flat with shared pool for rent in Saint-Raphaël, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can be pushed together
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from April to October
- A private 13 m² terrace to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Raphaël train station, about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Cannes-Mandelieu International Airport, about 40 minutes by car.
