This upstairs unit offers large 16ft ceilings, fully furnished open and airy space with large LR, open kitchen, breakfast bar, large screen TV, Wifi, Desk and WFH area. Private deck. Great walk-ability and bike-ability with the bike trail nearby. Walk to the gulf, restaurants, kayak/paddleboard rentals, stores, sunset cruise, etc. Community offers 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, gym, walking paths and a gorgeous sunset over the gulf. Community has 2 pools, grilling area with fire pit for use.
