Warm house

The Gite is a haven of peace, in the countryside but close to the 4x4 lanes Rennes/Redon.

You will be immersed in a warm atmosphere. You will appreciate the calm, the singing of the birds when you wake up.

Ideal place to recharge your batteries, to get together with family or friends.

The garden is partially enclosed because at the end of the village, the access is private and is entirely reserved for you.

Young and old alike will be able to take full advantage of the outdoor play area including swing, trampoline, badminton net, basketball hoop, seesaws and darts, ping pong table.

Inside, mini billiards, board games, games for the little ones, books.

The family room is upstairs, the staircase with modern designs can be dangerous for children.

We provide all the necessary linen in the accommodation, this includes:

- Sheets
- 1 bath towel per person
- Adult bathrobe for access to the relaxation area
- Bath mat and hand towels
- Dish towels
- Hand soap
- Toilet paper, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets to start the stay.

Spacious house comprising:

- A fully equipped kitchen,
- A beautiful living room with electric fireplace
- A living room with a large sofa, internet TV.

On the first floor:
- Two bedrooms with double beds,
- A bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.

- A laundry room with washing machine, drying rack.

Upstairs:

- A family room with two double beds, one of which is a bunk bed
- A 1-person bed.
- A bathroom with shower toilet.

Please note that it is NOT possible to arrive before 5 p.m. and leave after 10 a.m.

We would very much like to make exceptions but for the proper management of the household and the entrances/exits, it is not possible.
