Plenty of space for everyone, this rental home has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a Twin over Full Bunk, a Twin bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Spacious, but not too big, “SeaGlass” is sophistication without pretention. This vacation destination is great for family gatherings or even a holiday with friends in a beautiful paradise setting.
In the manicured backyard relax poolside in the patio furnishings while you sunbathe, read a good book, or reminisce with friends. Premium linen service will make your stay just a touch more luxurious. With a heated pool you can swim at “SeaGlass” no matter what time of year you visit! The Kitchen and dining area are perfectly equipped to serve the entire crew! The dining room table seats all six, and the dishwasher makes meal time a little easier.
Located in a convenient spot, getting to the beach from “SeaGlass” is a breeze. Head west a short walk down 51st St, take a slight left when you get to the end and then your beach access is there through the seagrapes and beach grasses where you’ll find seven miles of powder sand gulf beaches.
When you are finally ready to explore the island leave your car parked in the driveway and hop on the free trolley! The closest Trolley stop is just around the corner from this great home, and is the best form of stress free sightseeing. Take the southbound Trolley to the center of Holmes Beach where you’ll find great shopping and dining!

If you do not wish to pay with the bank account or credit card on file, please reach out to pay several days in advance of 60 days prior to your arrival. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
