Balcony: Partial view of Rocher de Roquebrune, equipped with an outdoor table.
Central air conditioning + additional fan available.

☀️ East-facing: Morning sun, afternoon shade — perfect for summer stays.
🚘 Free parking in front of the residence (+ private garage available upon request during high season).
