House within 2500 m2 wooden garden, absolute calm ( except birds, and owls on evening), south Brittany (Morbihan), 35 mn from Lorient and white sand beaches of Larmor-Plage and its casino, near Guidel large beaches and renowned surf and windsurf spots, near Quimperlé and Ellé river favourable to canoneing, near Carnac, Quiberon,Quimper and Concarneau, along wooden massif favourable to walks and rides.
The house includes at ground-floor a living-room with american kitchen, fire-place and bedsettee, toilet and bath-room ; on the first floor large bed room with one double bed and adjacent smallroom with three single beds.
The house is a few minutes distant from a lot of leisure spots : Meslan Dame nature wildlife park, Le Faouët bees and ants city, Kernascleden bats house, le Faouet art museum.
It is near of Lorient Tabarly sail city, former submarine base and "Flore"submarine, Hennebont stud-farm horse shows, Port-louis navy museum and India Company museum.
From Lorient, possiblity of sail and boat trip to Groix island.
The house is also near of Arrée mountains for gorgeous walks in a wild nature.
