About this property

Maison Familiale Avec un Grand Jardin

Hello,
We put at your disposal our 200m² house, with a large terrace of 20m2 and a garden.

5 bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds, 3 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Possibility to add a double mattress on the floor for 2 additional children, to accommodate 15 people.

2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 large living room overlooking the garden, 1 dining room (the table does not allow 10 people to eat at the same time, plan for 2 courses), 1 fully equipped kitchen.

Our house is located:
- in the very heart of a Lorraine village, very quiet
- 10 minutes from the city center of Nancy and the city center of Toul

Pets allowed but must not go upstairs in the rooms, thank you
