About this property

House 5 minutes from the beach, terrace & private garage.

Recently renovated Mers les Bains typical house. Located in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the beach, offers great comfort to spend excellent times and discover the Bay of Somme.

The parking being paid in the streets of Mers Les Bains during the summer period as well as every WE, our garage on the ground floor is a real advantage to spend serene vacations.

From July 1st to September 5th, rentals are from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 11:00 am. Thanks for your understanding.

The house is typical of Mers Les Bains. It is on 4 floors.

On the ground floor, our spacious garage will allow you to park your car and/or your motorcycle, bikes, strollers... Good to know: parking is paying all summer long in all of Mers streets, as well as on all week-ends.

On the second floor, the main room and the terrace will allow you to bond around the big table, in the living room in front of the flat TV screen or on the terrace.

The 2 upper floors offer 3 large bedrooms.

On the 2nd floor - one master suite (queen size bed) with private bathroom including a large shower.

On the 3rd floor, one large bedroom with a standard double bed is also equipped with a desk. It is quiet and allows to work serenely. Next to it, the children's room has 3 one-person beds. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor.

Non smoking place. No parties please. Quiet policy after 10 pm.

Très jolie maison, sur trois étages, très bien aménagée et avec beaucoup de goût. Tout était propre à notre arrivée, avec un petit mot sympathique de bienvenue de Laurent et Audrey. La maison, qui bénéficie d'un garage très pratique, est tout proche à pieds de la plage et du centre. Le quartier est calme. Nous recommandons cette location qui est très bien située pour découvrir la région.

Entspannter Urlaub am Meer

Der Ort Mers les Bains ist ein kleiner, aber sehr schöner Urlaubsort, an dem viele französische Familien Urlaub machen und der eine schöne Stimmung aufweist. Etwas Besonderes ist das Fête des Baigneurs, an dem viele mit Kostümen der Jahrhundertwende an die Strandpromenade kommen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert, bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Es liegt in einer freundlichen Nachbarschaft. Alles ist sehr sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei. Da es sich um ein traditionelles schmales Haus handelt, muss man natürlich einige Treppen in Kauf nehmen, aber diese sind gut zu laufen. Spannend: man kann Möwen beim Brüten auf den Dächern beobachten. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und alles hat super funktioniert.

Une semaine en famille sous la pluie

Bien que la météo ne fut pas clémente avec nous, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Mers-les-Bains où nous avons pu profiter des atouts de la station tout en étant bien hébergé.

Tolles, modernes kleines Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen im Maison Yvonne. Es war alles ordentlich und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist modern, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Lediglich über die Aufteilung über 3 Stockwerke waren wir überrascht, aber das ist der Breite des Hauses geschuldet und man gewöhnt sich schnell an die Treppen. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und sehr zentral in Mers-les-Bains gelegen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super, alle Belange wurden umgehend beantwortet.

Superbe séjour

Emplacement idéal : rue tranquille, proche des commerces, proche des départs de randonnées, des sites touristiques et de la mer. La maison est très bien équipée ( même pour un bébé), propre, et bien décorée. Le propriétaire est réactif. Nous recommandons vivement !

Maison de ville décorée avec goût, confortable et très bien située. Mers-les-bains est une petite ville balnéaire à taille humaine. Laurent, le propriétaire est très réactif. À découvrir pour des séjours reposant et pour la mer et la nature en dehors de la foule des stations balnéaires habituelles
