Great location for our High School reunion! Plenty of rooms and lots of bathrooms were ideal for a group of 50something women. Being so close to King Street allowed us to walk to restaurants easily. Would totally recommend!

This historical Charleston home in St Phillip Square was amazing. Such a fun home with tons of charm! My kids loved the upstairs “attic rooms”, and the shared garden space and parking lot was a huge bonus in this area. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and a quick drive to the “touristy” part of Charleston.

We had a great stay at this property. The host and all staff were welcoming and very helpful. The location was excellent and the unit was very well equipped. It was the perfect place for a Girls' Trip!

The house is perfectly located. It is beautifully decorated and there’s a nice sitting area in the back. It’s a common area for all the houses. It is a bit smaller than the pictures but honestly, it was so nice. We didn’t even care you were right next to King! Street very convenient.

Such a wonderful place and EXCELLENT location!!! Steps away from king street shopping and bars. The property was gorgeous and the place was so clean and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough! We also used the free access to the Wonderer and had such a fun pool day, I definitely recommend!

Fun and fabulous location

Just a short block off king street, what an awesome place to stay. Place was clean and well equipped. On site manager was amazing and accommodating of our group of 8. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot

Awesome property in a prime location. Very comfortable accommodations nestled in good proximity to the happenings of downtown Charleston. Wonderful back courtyard!

Great space for groups, great location

Stayed here with family, including children. Perfect amount of space for us and a plus that everyone had their own bathroom. Location is great, very walkable and easy parking. Property Management quick to respond as we had a question on check in. Comfortable beds and had everything we would need.

Oasis, clean, perfect set up for our group

Outside area is beautiful, nice oasis in summer heat. Four bathrooms help with gettimg ready in morning. Very well stocked kitchen and baths. Quick walk to free dash trolly, ice cream and bagels! We loved our stay!

Beautiful Weekend Getaway!

Charleston weekend

8 of us came to town for a wedding. This was the perfect place to call home. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a bathroom which was important as we all had to get ready for the event. The location was excellent.

Perfect location for bachelorette party

We rented this place for a bachelorette party (30 year olds) and the location is perfect! Very walkable to king st for shopping/dinner/going out. Easy Uber ride to/from the beach and airport. They had everything you would need in the kitchen and the air conditioning worked VERY well for a trip in the humid summertime. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Loved our stay!

We had such a great time during our stay! The property was everything we had expected it to be (and more)! The towels, beds, dishes and all amenities provided were top notch. The layout was great for our group of 8. Jamie was very easy to get in touch with, and we had more than enough of everything we needed (trash bags, paper towel, etc.). The location was great as well, close to downtown! A very walkable area. Would 100% stay here again!

Extended Wedding Weekend

Stayed with my husband, my parents, sister and brother-in-law and adult niece for a family wedding on King Street. Great location, plenty of room. Wi-Fi was pretty spotty, but everything else was pretty good.

Thank you for the kind review, Comcast has visited and the wifi is back to normal now. The modem has been replaced and the speed was 562meg when the tech left. Thank you for letting us know.
