From the moment you walk into this immaculate condo the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views hit you! Gulf views from your Master Bedroom (a wonderful view to wake up to and you can be lulled to sleep by the waves each night!) complete with large walk-in closet. Open concept floorplan allowing for the maximum views from the great room, kitchen, and dining rooms! Daily sunsets and dolphin shows from your screened balcony complete with storm shutters. Just 4 floors down to sink your toes in the sugar sand of BONITA BEACH!

After a long day out at the beach, there’s no better place to sit back and relax than in the living room, which has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, and access to the covered patio area. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Casa Bonita I is located with walking distance to trolley public transportation and Big Hickory Marina and Grille. It’s less than 30 minutes to RSW airport and only about a 15-20 minute drive to shopping and dining at Coconut Point Mall in Bonita Springs.
The perfect location...nearby restaurants, rent a boat/jet-ski to explore the Gulf/ Back Bay waterways, and a short drive to fine dining/shopping at the Coconut Point & Mercato Malls.

What an incredible location!! Right on the beach with stunning sunset views. The unit is on the 4th floor of a lovely condo complex right on the gulf on Big Hickory Island. Parking is easy. The check in process and communication with our host Maria were excellent.
