Positiv: - freundliche Vermieterin - gute Lage - geeignet mit Kindern Negativ: - Wohnung war verraucht - alles sehr abgenutzt, von den Möbeln - über den Fußboden bis zum Geschirr - sehr laut - hier muss dringend investiert werden - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht stimmig - Internet nur an bestimmten Stellen in der Wohnung möglich

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Folgende Frage hat jetzt nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, die grundsätzlich vor allem wegen der freundlichen Gastgeber sehr gut war. Mussten schon wegen Skiunfall am 4. Tag abreisen. Gibt es für die Restzeit Rückvergütung über die abgeschlossene Versicherung ? Danke.

Apartament w domu wiejskim ale świetnie położony.Do wyciągów ok.1.2 km.Bez większych trudności można jeżdzić w dwóch rozległych rejonach narciarskich.Trasy dobrze przygotowane.Apartament mający swoje lata ale czysty ,ze wszystkimi wygodami,3 pok.Blisko do Spara,kościoła ,restauracji i paru sklepów sportowych.Właścicielka b. miła,pomocna.Polecam ,szczególnie ze względu na lokalizację.

Appartement is leuk, volledig. Makkelijk stoel erbij zou fijn zijn. Sommige dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Entree van de woning had wel wat beter sneeuwvrij gemaakt kunnen worden.

+ Top-Lage, bei der man Auto auch stehenlassen kann (Ski-Bus & zentrale Lage zu Märkten + Restaurants) + Gute Ausstattung von Küche & Schlafzimmern & Bad (heiße Dusche ist top!!) + Liebevolle Holz-Ausstattung + sehr gute Betreuung von Familie XXX, die sofort da sind und helfen + unser Hund hat sich willkommen gefühlt + Top Aussicht aus den Fenstern auf Berge, Schnee und Wald + zu viert gebucht, aber genug Platz für 5 auf extra Schlafcouch + Ausschilderung/Anfahrt zum Haus bitte verbessern

Sehr nette Vermieter und schöne gut gelegene FeWo
Familie Helmreich ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und tierlieb.
Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Gebäude mit viel Charme. Gleich hinter dem Haus fließt ein Wildbach mit Wasserfall - ein toller Ort zum Spielen für unseren Hund.
Wir kommen sicherlich einmal wieder und sagen nochmals vielen Dank für diesen sehr schönen Urlaub !
