Great location, close to nature and downtown, but no traffic noise. Well appointed. Snug but perfect for family of three with a teenager. Loved hearing the stream through the patio door. Would stay again!

We had a great stay during our stay in breckridge. Great communication & easy check in process. Perfect location -- close to the shuttle to get to base 8 and easy walk to town for dinner. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

We enjoyed very much the condo, with deck on the creek. The Snowflake lift is steps away, which virtually makes the property ski-in ski-out. The hot tub is just outside the door. Daniel was very prompt to answer our questions. We will be back.

Clean and quiet

Additionally, felt the neighborhood was safe and the location ideal, just a few minutes walk to downtown. Our host was immediately responsive and we were very happy staying here.

Great place to stay in Breckenridge

I really enjoyed staying here for my weekend trip to Breckenridge. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it was perfectly located. It wasn’t a far walk to get to Main St and there were many easy options to get up to the mountain. Thank you to Daniel for being a great host and keeping in touch throughout our stay. This was a very enjoyable trip.

Awesome Spring Trip

My nephew and I stayed and got a few days of skiing in and we had a great time. Condo is in a great location and everything was just as expected. We lived the balcony and the ski in option. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place!

We had a great stay! Daniel was always available for any questions. The location was perfect for both skiing and walking to town. Property was very clean, everything was well-labeled and easy to find. A lot of really nice small touches were included that showed the pride the owner takes in his place. We will stay here again!

A little small and dated, and could use some maintenance, but still an excellent place. Very short walk to the Gold shuttle to ski, and a short walk from Main Street. Skiing down the Four O'clock run got us right to the parking lot.
