Arosa Winter

Die Wohnung war insgesamt sauber und Ordnung. Die Küche hatte einige Mängel, es fehlen: Fleischmesser, Steak Messer, grosse Tassen, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Bierflaschenöffner. Aus der Wohnung hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Berge.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Idealer Standort zum Skilaufen, Einkaufen und zur Busstation. Machen jeweils Skiferien mit drei Generationen und jede hat sein eigenes Appartement. 1-Zimmer für 2 Personen und 2-Zimmer für Grosseltern mit Enkel. Kommen gerne wieder. Freundlicher Empfang.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zum Skilift sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Nach dem Skifahren schaut man vom Balkon direkt in das Bergpanorama.

Preis-/Leistung für diese Wohnung war leider nicht mehr als befriedigend. Kochnische ohne Geschirrspüler, sehr klein mit zu wenig Stauraum, teils unsauber und nur das Minimalste an Geschirr/Besteck.

Eine Woche vor den Ferien war genügend Schnee vorhanden und die Pisten waren fast leer. Die Wanderwege waren gut gespurt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.
