Lovely stay in La Quinta

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well stocked, clean, and spacious. Norman stayed in touch with frequent messages to provide guidance and helpful info. The game room was a lot of fun and kept thr kids and adults busy during down time. The pool area was perfect and had just the right mix of sun and shade. We would enjoy staying at this property again!

The house was amazing! From the pool to the game room, the sunken bar to the casita, everything was beautiful, well taken care of, and very comfortable! I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed to make some great meals. Fully stocked with cutlery and utensils, measuring cups, cutting boards and appliances like an insta-pot, ninja blender they had it all. I would definitely book again and recommend to all my family and friends!

Golf weekend

Had a wonderful long weekend at the Mountain View property in La Quinta. We golfed at 3 awesome courses at PGA West so close to the property. The house is as advertised, has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The host Norm was very helpful to make our stay pleasant. We’ll be back soon.

The Perfect Hideaway

What a perfect place to be to enjoy the people you're with. We made one grocery run and then never had to leave again (4 night stay). It's private with plenty of room (we had 9 adults), pool was great and the game room is awesome! Host was super responsive and would definitely stay here again.

Tennis weekend in La Quinta

This property is very close to the tennis garden just beyond the LQ hotel. The master bedroom is very roomy and the pool is beautiful. There are 3 other bedrooms in the main house and a 5th bedbed in the nicely appointed Casita.

Best vacation EVER

We rented the house to celebrate my son's birthday in heaven with family. We spent seven days in this beautiful home, we played in the pool cooked Ate, and had the best time. The house was immaculate, the kitchen if you'd like to cook is a chef's dream anything you could possibly need for any meal was there. The game room was so much fun. All the kids had a blast and The owners are phenomenal. We cannot wait to stay again next year. I highly recommend this house 10 out of 10.'n

Why they chose this property

After vacationing in the Coachella Valley in 2018 and 2019, we fell in love with the area known as La Quinta Cove because of its tranquility and beauty. We purchased this home as a fantastic family vacation home -- big enough for everyone! We hope you enjoy it too!

What makes this property unique

This home provides a few key, unique benefits that most others in the area don't have.
1. Terrific views of the mountains, especially at sunset
2. Privacy - many other properties have back yard areas that are open to a golf course which may be lovely, but doesn't offer much privacy as the people walk past your place all day. Our yard is completely walled and gated, making it perfect for private time and pets.
3. Our Games Room is top notch. Where else can you find a pool table, ping-pong, pinball, shuffleboard, arcade racing, mini basketball, darts, and a putting green?
4. Lots of bathrooms. 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms is pretty rare, but very convenient :)
