Went ok
There was no hot tub, shower was cold, false report made against insurance after we went out of our way to clean and leave the place just as it should be.

Thank you for the feedback. We have since discovered and corrected an error in our listing regarding the Spa (hot tub) that we do not offer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The hot water has never been an issue in our apartment; I wish that you had reported any concerns to us during your stay.
The insurance claim was not false. There were 6 deluxe white towels ruined with permanent stains. We tried our hardest to remove the stains before submitting the claim. Nonetheless, we gave you an overall 5 star rating.
We pride ourselves in providing the best experience to our guests as shown in prior reviews.

Un oasis en Rincón
Pasamos el fin de semana largo del Labor Day. La casa está cerca de supermercado y restaurantes. Puedes caminar a la playa y ver los bellos atardeceres. Está cerca del centro del pueblo donde hay varios buenos restaurantes. La zona donde ubica es tranquila. ¡Nos encanto!
